Sleepy Bjorn is knitted on a long circular needle size 5 mm [US8, UK6]. The bear is originally knitted in one strand of Sandnes Garn Double Sunday (DK-weight) plus one strand of Drops Alpaca Bouclé (Aran/worsted). You can use other yarns also for this project, such as 2 strands of Drops Air held together.

I recommend knitting with the technique «Magic Loop» as the pattern is adapted to this method.

Suggested yarn:
About 35 g Sandnes Garn Double Sunday and about 25 g Drops Alpaca Bouclé
OR
About 60 g Drops Air (2 strands held together)

Equipment needed:

thin black yarn or embroidery thread
some scrap yarn or fiber filling to fill the bear
